Barb welcomed a Successor Service Dog, Brady, into her life this past July. Brady will provide balance support as well as the tasks necessary for Barb to navigate her world for many years to come.
Christy was involved in a horrible car accident years ago and has struggled to put her life back together. Enter Windsor the wonder Golden. Windsor reads Christy so well that he can detect seizures quickly enough to enable her to get to a safe place, provide balance support, and is her ever-faithful cheerleader.
Caitlin's world became brighter and furrier with the addition of her service dog, Cali. Cali will accompany Caitlin to school and beyond. They will be living new adventures, and forming new friendships as they go. Caitlin is the first recipient of "The Muzzy Fund."
When Carson entered Hank's life, new adventures began. Just a few of the tasks Carson assists Hank with involve pulling his wheelchair, retrieving items and opening and closing doors. The two have become steadfast teammates very quickly.
Introducing Leo and Griffin. Griffin is a 2 year old Brittany Spaniel that was raised and trained by the Deafinitely Dogs organization. They didn’t have a match within their applicants but we had one for a young man that matched perfectly. Leo lost his first service dog this past April at the grand old age of 14. Griffin is his second service dog. It was a pleasure working in cooperation with Deafinitely Dogs of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Jan lost her first service dog, Jessie in 2015, and quickly missed the assistance Jessie provided. Enter Mac Duff, a big, beautiful redhead, that has filled that void and become her much needed new partner. Duffers and husband, Tom make her life complete again.
As a teenager, Sloan must deal with things that come along in the journey to adulthood. Now, had a physical challenge in the road becomes a little tougher. Enter Kenya, a beautiful, female Labrador Retriever. She and Sloan are now partners, together on this journey.
Deb required a partner that would help stabilize her movements, retrieve dropped items, and provide security when the family is in and out during the day. She received it all in Lani.
